Celebrated Long Island Chef Zach Rude (Bakuto) heads the kitchen at the Hideaway.
The talented Chef from Babylon, who formerly cooked at Verde, Coastal, and Luce & Hawkins in Jamesport, has since firmly established himself within the South Shore’s culinary scene with his refined, traditional Mexican-style cooking. Zach uses freshness and quality ingredients, which are the key to his delicious food.
